For several reasons, I am unable to directly accept commercial insurance at this time. I am however in-network for OHP CareOregon/HealthShare and am happy to verify your coverage before our first appointment.

My fee is $225 per intake appointment and $180 for individual counseling per 50 minute session. I do not have any sliding scale availability at this time.

I can accept credit card/debit card or health savings account payments through a secure HIPAA compliant billing service. If you have mental health coverage, you also have the option of seeking partial reimbursement by your provider as an out-of-network expense by self-submitting a superbill, which I am happy to provide after each session. Often folks see a significant reduction in their out of pocket expense if they have coverage (generally up to 60% of the fee). 

 

I reserve your appointment in my calendar, therefore any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be assessed my full fee.
